This photo taken in February 1964 shows four men seated in the front of Hugh Eby's shoe repair shop on Water Street. The sign on the door reads Eby's Electric Shoe Repair. The Cozy Restaurant had a display of store fronts and Hugh Eby's was one of the businesses featured, the door sign was the same as the one seen here.
