Thurmont Police Chief Jim Dubel and his wife Mary Lou lived in this house in the field behind the bowling alley. There was a footbridge and concrete car bridge that went over Hunting Creek to Water Street and a driveway that extended to Moser Road. In the background you can see some of the houses on Water Street. I am not sure when Jim passed away and I do not know where Sonny got to.
