This is a photo of Thurmont Police Chief Jim R. Dubel. Jim served during the mid 1950's and again in the early 1960's. Jim and his wife Mary Lou had a son named Sonny, if anyone knows what happened to Sonny or when Jim Dubel died please comment below.
