This was the Bollinger Dairy and Restaurant. Elmer Bollinger owned a dairy on the property and operated this restaurant and ice cream bar located on what is now Rte 550 on the left just West of today's Rte 15 intersection. His son Junie later opened Bollinger's Restaurant in the Plaza Shopping Center.
