*CORRECTION* Fish pond on Emmitsburg Rd. House as 108 Emmitsburg Road seen in background. I believe that Dr. Frank Vandevort Swearingen and his wife Hazel Morgan Swearingen owned this house as well as much of the lands behind and around it between Carroll Street and Eyler Rd. in Thurmont.
