This is the back of the receipt for the fruit trees delivered to Cornelius Duble from the Glen Brothers Nursery, Rochester, NY.

This receipt made out to Cornelius Dubel of Mechanicstown for two Pear trees purchased from Glen Brothers, Rochester, NY is dated April 24, 1883. The trees were probably delivered via the Western Maryland Railroad. You can see the word 'Refused' penciled in the center of the receipt, Mr. Duble may have changed his mind!

This is the first of two pictures of a construction project W F Delauter & Son completed for the National Park. This must be some of the facilities at one of the campground areas, Camp Greentop or possibly Round Meadow.  I imagine that this building may still be in use.
These photos were taken in August 1962, by Fred Schumacher.

This is a detail of the first photo showing the construction sign indicating that W. F. Delauter & Son are building this facility.  I wish the entire sign was on the photo!

This is the information written on the back of the photo. This photo belonged to Paul Toms, he is the third from the left in the first row.
