This is the top half of the plat. Baker Tree Service is now located between Hunting Creek and Water Street, shown here as the road to Thurmont. The MVRR was the Monocacy Valley Rail Road, it would later be part of the Frederick & Hagerstown Railway and is now used as the Thurmont Trolley Trail. Moser Road now makes a sharp turn just past the crossing and becomes Woodland Avenue.
